Just Eat

A short-term contract - we were tasked with producing a variety of eCRM and Email Marketing adhoc and automated communications, alongside Project Managemant, UATs, Tutoring and more, all via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Outcome

eCRM & Email Marketing expertise including:

  • Provide eCRM and Email Marketing expertise and best practise via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Campaign builds from ad-hoc to full journeys, including partial HTML build, email build, automated campaign build, audience selection, testing, scheduling and reporting.
  • Project management and ownership while Manager was away including campaigns Newsletter, Surprise and Delight and Google Android Pay.
  • UAT of Anniversary, Surprise and Delight and a number of other campaigns.
  • Push notification set up, audience selection, scheduling and reporting.
  • Tutoring of new UK eCRM Executive to get them up to scratch on system and all campaigns and projects they would be involved in. Also overseeing their campaign builds and fixing any issues with builds.
  • Partnership work with Google regarding new Android Pay release on Just Eat.
  • Basic SFMC SQL and Ampscript to build audiences and build campaigns such as Anniversary which used voucher APIs and Newsletter as well as helping with Ampscript on B2B campaigns.
