A short-term contract (6 months), Shawn was tasked with coming in as an eCRM expert to help push the team forward and make sure all tasks were completed with best practice, alongside helping two junior members of the team.

The Outcome

An eCRM (via Selligent) solution including:

  • Selligent expert working with mainly with Digital teams as well as other teams to scope and plan out any campaigns.
  • eCRM best practice with an Email Marketing focus to make sure all campaigns follow standards.
  • Google Analytics management within any Email Marketing campaigns and Selligent (previously manually inputted into links).
  • Oversee the work and campaigns of two eCRM Execs, making sure best practice is upheld and the best campaign is sent by providing recommendations.
  • Deep linking management, testing out deep links, reporting and scoping required deep links.
  • Automated campaign builds, starting from the planning process to testing, HTML email build advice and reporting.
  • Project and campaign management, scoping in new ideas for email campaigns and managing the project from start to finish.
  • Google Tag Manager and Selligent Web Tracking implementation and management.
  • Partnership set up including agreeing details of project and NDA.
